Dr. Ariel Cruz Bernardo
Dr. Ariel Cruz Bernardo is a Filipino global leadership educator, university professor, author, speaker, and leadership mentor based in South Korea.
His leadership journey is a powerful story of resilience and transformation - from arriving in South Korea in 2006 and working as a factory employee to becoming an internationally recognized educator, leadership development coach, author, and mentor.
He pursued his graduate studies in South Korea and later completed his masteral and doctoral degree in Seoul Hanyoung University and Yemyung Graduate University.
Throughout his career, Dr. Bernardo has taught and lectured in universities, Institutes, organizations, and professional conferences in Philippines, Korea and abroad.
As an author of more than 31 books, he continues to equip individuals and organizations with practical insights on leadership, personal development, influence, relationships, and transformation.
His mentoring philosophy emphasizes that leadership is not merely about holding a position - it is about developing people, creating meaningful influence, and multiplying impact.
